I need to send a mail to Aadvantage to talk to them about my account password etc but on their site youn need a password to log in.

Welcome to AA.COM stupidity.
On several occaisions I have Emailed AA.COM using the sites EMail "contact us" info. On every occaision, when I try to reply back, I get a message:

The server that delivers email to AA customer service was down earlier this week and rejected emails for several hours before AA was advised of the problem.
Jupeter, there are passwords for accounts, and there is a PIN for an account. You may be talking of one of the same, and maybe not. Wished they were the same, but arent. The PIN is only used for access to the AA.COM. The password inhibits access to your AAdvanatge account, by even an AAdv rep, without the password.
Your PW or PIN is never displayed on any display seen by an AA customer service rep. Your PIN provides no assistance to the phone rep for any reason. Your PW is required if you have one assigned to your account for added security.
