Something's wrong over at Opinion Place, the company doing online surveys for AA, AOL and ClickRewards members, IMHO. I tried doing a survey at OpinionPlace.com via its link at AOLAAdvantage.com, because the previous survey I took got me credited for 500 BONUS miles instead of the regular 500 miles I needed for the 20/20 offer. (This was the summer survey offer, incidentally, which I thought would post as a split regular-bonus posting.) I got as far as the site asking me for my location (United States) when I got the page saying more or less that the site was down. In five languages! Did anyone else have trouble accessing OpinionPlace? Also, if survey miles post as bonus miles, does OpinionPlace not qualify towards the 20/20 offer? Whats the source of your info? What about different AOLAAdvantage partners? BUT if you earn miles from AOL Opinion Place AND AOL Quick Check Out, it counts

I've been taking these surveys from day one that the program got started... can't remember that far back though.. I never got the 100 or 300 or the 500 bonus miles that you get for enrolling with them, they never offer any at first.

Over this time I have had several time that the site gets bogged down, lost connection or freezes up (them or my services?). Some times it lets me continue others times it sais I have done one and to try in two weeks even though it sais their is new surveys each day. (Hate when I don't qualify for one and its sais I have visited, came back! have to remember to email their CS next time that happens)
I got the bonus 500 miles and 100 miles for that summer promotion but wife got 500 only (wasn't selected).
If you need them as a partner, you have untill end of september to get one done. Miles post within a few days which nice since others take months!
I got the same error message but when I hit my back button it continued with the qualification questions, and I did get a survey on dog treats. My husband tried a while later and same thing happened used back button and it continued (he also got a survey for digital cameras).
send a note to opion place's customer service. If you can describe the survey, time you tried, they will send you a confirmiung e-mail and grant you the miles.
Received same error trying to get my girlfriend Opinion Place as one of her 20/20.

Lunalilo, my OpinionPlace survey was also bonus miles. Drat! So I signed up for AOL Quick Checkout. Those were regular miles and according to Bruce Chemel, Quick Checkout and OpinionPlace are counted as one partner.
