I have Office 2003.
I have just installed BCM. Just after I installed it, it encountered a fatal error. Now when I try to open Outlook it is sorry for the inconvenience and needs to close so I've had to uninstall BCM all together. Tried un-installing/re-installing etc.
I have had it succesfully installed before so I think it may have something to do with the way I replaced the data file last time I re-formatted. Although the rest of the data is happy (contacts, emails etc).
I do find the data file management of Outlook it's biggest downfall, it's horrible!
