I just sent in my Receipts/BPs for 2 trips I took in Feb 2006. In both cases, all the legs of the trip but 1 posted to AE. In both cases, I followed up online using "ask a question", "claim missing miles" and calling aeroplan. The Aeroplan agent suggest both times that I submit the claim online.
Obviously, neither worked. Then with travel, etc I didn't get to send them in.

So now, I am past the 6 month deadline, and even though I have more or less quit fussing about Aeroplan miles (posted earlier) -- these segments would prop me back into elite.

There are times when a phone call takes care of everything. This is one of them. Call the number on the back of your card and you should have the matter resolved by the time you hang up. As long as the first batch of flights were posted before the expiry of the 6-months, the one still missing will be honoured. BTW was this a LH flight, or which STAR carrier?
